We are located at 16 Summerville, Baguio! We’re slightly off Pacdal Road into a small residential area. Free from the noise of the main roads but still near enough to walk to tourist destinations on the city!

How Much Per Head?
Only 500 pesos per head for a group and 800 pesos when solo! Do you have a kid? 3 y/o and below are free of charge, 4 y/o to 6 y/o are 250 pesos, 7 y/o and above pay full price of 500 pesos. Perfectly affordable for a quick getaway or a long stay!
Can I walk to any tourist destinations from Sassy’s Place?
One of our best offers besides the cheap rates is our location! If you’re feeling like walking, we are near multiple tourist destinations like Baguio Botanical Garden, Baguio Mansion House, Elements Buffet, and More!
Is There a Max Limit?
You can book as much rooms you need! We have different rooms depending on how many will stay as well but we only accommodate until 31 people!
Are the Dining Room and Living Room Shared?
Yes! The Dining Room and Living Room is a shared space for everyone staying in the house! Though, you can eat inside your room if sharing isn’t your cup of tea 😉
