Terms and Conditions
- Check-in time is 2:00PM and check-out time is 12:00nn. Should there be a need for early check-in/check-out, please communicate with us. Early check-in is subject to room availability.
- Our kitchen is free for you to use but please keep it clean and neat (Clean as you go). Use all appliances with care to ensure safety. Conserve water. For your convenience, we offer free drinking distilled water.
- We do not have curfew hours and you may come and go as you please, just inform us so we can give you front door keys.
- Please be considerate of other visitors. Keep noise to a minimum for the comfort of everyone.
- Abide by all the rules and policies as communicated.
- Reservation fee are strictly non-refundable if you cancel or change your mind, as they compensate for taking the room off the market.
- The reservation fee is fully deductible from your final total payment once you push through.
